Shipping Policy

We deliver all over Egypt through trusted local courier partners, covering more than 90% of governorates.

Delivery time

Orders are usually delivered within 2–5 working days. Deliveries to remote areas, or delays caused by the courier, may occasionally take a little longer — we'll keep you updated.

Shipping cost

• Free shipping on all orders over LE 2,000.
• For orders under LE 2,000, the shipping fee for your area is shown at checkout before you place your order.

Payment

Pay by card online, or choose cash on delivery and pay when your order arrives.

Order tracking

Wrong address or failed delivery

Please make sure your address and phone number are correct at checkout. If the courier can't reach you after several attempts, the order may be returned to us; contact us and we'll help arrange redelivery.
